Week 4 Article 1 - Cracking Your Knuckles

This article uses science to examine if cracking your knuckles (the joints in your hand) is really bad for you.

Are there other habits (things we do every day) that are bad for our health? Give some examples.

  1. I think not good habits is too rate to go to bed. Sleeping is a one of very important for people in their life. When people sleep well, they can focus to work. Therefore, I want to try that sleep early.
