College students are easily get into stress. They have a mountain of hw, looking for an internship or find a job to earn some money and quizzes or tests everyday. They should save the time to relax and try dont think too much on everything in current life. To rescue one by one, step by step and day by day. Dont accumulate many things at the same time.
ReplyDeleteThis case is happening every time with youth, they are thinking every time in their problems, and their obligations, but they have to take a break and think in solutions, and how to improve that problem. Sometimes, people are stressful for little things, unimportant things, and do not have focus in their real life. Just they have to take a moment and think how to improve it.

ReplyDeleteThere are right the student are easy to fall in student stress bucause the homework, the rent, etc. Also they have the solution, they have relaxing teraphy for everyone to stop to stressing.

ReplyDeleteIt happens for almost everyone. The solution is that these persons need to stop their studies to solve these kind of problems. Time is always good to solve these kind of problems.
Yes, I think my mental health is better than six months ago. Because six months ago I was preparing to come here, to a different country, different customs and a change of scenery. Now I feel more tailored, I know how is the place and I understand more about the culture.
