Well, I think that can be different for each student. But definitely I think all student of ELC has been experimenting in a moment 'pessimism' in their life when they fells the things are not working like they would like it. For example when they feel tired, with so much to study and, maybe or not understand. For others could be that they feel that can not speak well or is so difficult. That is my opinion about the articule.

ReplyDeleteWe need to know that all these things or suggestion for us, we should in practice, we cannot wiste our time in different stuff what in the future just it will problem for us, in my opinion we need to think better and take advantage about our free time.
cesar pino: I have my personal opinion about this. i read this the last day and say: If we really want to do something we will find the way but if we dont we will find the excuse! so I think everything depentds of us and our wishesto be better every day.

ReplyDeleteI love my beliefs and also I feel so grateful to be mormon but I'm not agree that every tuesday's speech is about gospel. I think we can to learn with different types of examples. In addition, it was a good speech.
I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to hear every tuesday devotional. I'm agree with this article. Sometimes the life is hard but if you have a positive attitude everything can become better. Even if we are mormon or not we should remove the stumbling blocks from our life and just keep going.

Nevertheless all three things that Elder Snow talked in his speech are stumbling blocks for all students (and for all people), pride, pessimism and modern technology can be harmful in different levels for each student, thus, we must avoid everything distract us from our higher goals.
