This article describes a recent study that suggests that people with high calorie diets are at greater risk for memory loss. After reading the article summarize what you read or answer the following discussion question.

  1. Good article. I believe that my diet affects my mental abilities. I used to feel bad when I ate more than normal. As far as I think that is important good eating habits can help us healthy life also to live longer.

  2. The symptoms I experienced according to my feed in my mental abilities are: When I eat healthy food my body feels strong so and my mind too. If I am hunger I can not to get concentrate because I am thinking in food. Other symptom is that I feel weak in my body so I get tired easily, as result I do not all the chores that I have to do.

  3. Diet is usually not good, because many people think that they have to stop to eating. Also dieter is think about volume of food. It makes they to much stress. Therefore, people have to think about it everyday. Then people do not need to do diet.

    This is a really interesting video because many people do not care about their feed. Also, I am really sure that the video says the true due to when I do not eat good ( unhealthy ) , I do not have the same comprehension than when I eat good ( healthy ).

  6. ..."Start good eating habits now" This is an old warning that is reinforcing with this new (?!) discovery! To eat is all about with our body and our mind. However, as to eat is very pleasure, we have to balance the pleasure with our welfare.
